Living in Colorado with Michael, her husband of 53 years, debi's artistic journey is deeply intertwined with her spiritual beliefs. Drawing inspiration from her Christian faith, she infuses her artwork and writings with profound symbolism and a heartfelt exploration of the divine. Her creative process is a form of prayer and worship, allowing her to express her innermost thoughts and emotions in a visually 

stunning and spiritually enlightening manner.

As an author, debi has penned and published three notable works: Wordivore World; Visual Prayers; and Lightning Bolts & Butterflies.  In Wordivore World, she weaves together poetic prose and thought-provoking, colorful illustrations, taking readers on a profound spiritual journey. In Visual Prayers, she combines her evocative artwork with inspirational writings, creating a harmonious blend of visual and literary expression.  debi and Michael co-authored Lightning Bolts & Butterflies, 

a compilation of their poetry and prose.  

debi's artwork has been showcased at esteemed institutions such as the Dallas Biblical Arts Museum. She has also exhibited at galleries throughout the U.S., and her work has been collected by churches and spiritual leaders and is found in private homes throughout the states & Europe.  Her paintings are currently on exhibit at the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts.  Her art and home interior designs have been 

featured on TV and in newspaper and magazine articles.  

A passionate traveler, debi has embarked on journeys around the world, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures, landscapes, and sacred sites. These experiences have enriched her artistic and spiritual awareness and perspectives, infusing her creations with a global sensibility and a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of humanity.

Dreams have greatly impacted my life.

Therefore, over the years,

I have kept a dream journal.

I have not given names to any of the paintings 

comprising the "Dreaming" series, 

because I do not want to influence 

the interpretation of the viewer.

You've heard of carnivores and herbivores, 

now meet the Wordivores. 

These imaginative, colorful characters 

live on and by the spoken word. 

They convey the astounding power 

of our words for healing or destruction.

  Wordivores also inspire creatives in their

Treatment:  In the enchanting realm of Wordivore World, where the power of words shapes  reality, a group of extraordinary beings known as Wordivores embark on a perilous  mission. Led by Scout, the benevolent seed sower, they are tasked by the Creative  One to bring light and inspiration to the land of the Dulloids and expose the sinister  rulers of darkness.  

Meet the Wordivores 

• SCOUT: A vibrant and optimistic Wordivore who spreads seeds of positivity  and unity through poems and songs.  
• WASTER: The menacing enemy, shrouded in black and white, who thrives  on destruction and deception, ensnaring the Dulloids with empty promises  and beguiling words.   
• LEISURE:Intense and watchful, Leisure teaches the Wordivores the power  of words and the importance of vigilance against the Waster's tools.  
• TALEBEARERS: Gossiping creatures who distort the truth with their lies  and rumors, sowing seeds of dissension among the Dulloids.  
• ROCK-IT:  A laid-back guitar-playing Wordivore spreading good vibes and  rocking tunes, echoing Leisure's teachings through music.  
• TIME TRAVELERS: Rooted in communion with the Master Creator, they  span the past, present, and future, wielding ancient wisdom to guide the  Wordivores.  
• DRAGON: A mystical hand-drumming Wordivore who manipulates time,  slowing it down to reveal the truth hidden beneath the Waster's illusions.  
• LIZZLE:  A sharp guitar-playing Wordivore who cuts through the Waster's  deceit with his melodies.  
• ECHO: Equidistant between good and evil, Echo repeats the words of  others, revealing their true nature through repetition.  
• HARMONY: A sunflower Wordivore radiating inner peace and connection  through music, inspiring the Wordivores to unite against darkness.  
• BALANCE: A hanging flower Wordivore, stable and wise, who weighs  words on the scale of time, discerning the treasures of the Dulloids' hearts. 
• CHAIRMAN: A deceptive Wordivore with a spider web as its back,  ensnaring the Dulloids in his traps of deceit.  
• PEACEMAN: A peaceful Wordivore spreading love and harmony through  art and music, countering the Waster's darkness with light.  
• RUBY: A bohemian Wordivore gifted with sight beyond the visible realm,  guiding the Wordivores with her spoken word poetry and songs.  

The Mission:  As the Wordivores journey through Wordivore World, they encounter the Dulloids,  incomplete beings resembling humans but lacking inner awakening. With each  encounter, the Wordivores use their unique gifts to inspire the Dulloids, awakening  them to their true selves and leading them towards the Creative One.

Through vibrant animation and enchanting  storytelling, it shines as a beacon of light in a world inundated with darkness.
